Long ago, before there was True Blood, someone in Hollywood decided that there weren’t enough wild Southern chicks in the movies. So they took a sexy Amazon warrior, put her in tiny shirts and even tinier shorts, gave her a speedboat and a shotgun, and presto: Desiree, our very own swamp-ruling Cajun babe, in 1974’s Gator Bait.
