Can I please put you in my pocket and just take you everywhere with me? I want to record your pitiful cry and use it as the soundtrack of my life. I want to play your voice for the world to hear.
If I took you everywhere with me, teachers would dismiss the fact that I was late to class once under your spell.
Classmates would ask what they could do for me.
My roommates would all forget that I forgot my week of trash duty.
Police officers would no longer give me tickets for running red lights or doing 65 in a 20 mph zone.
You would be the drug everyone needed and I would be worshiped.
Little puppy, you are the solution to all my problems. If you so choose to accept your task, I will give you one piece of doggy bacon every night. That’s right, every night.
